Holding it all and making it work: A virtual conversation for Senior People Leaders
📆 Wednesday 8th October, 2025
📍 Online
🕖 12.30 - 14:00
The role of a senior people leader is rarely straightforward. You’re holding culture and compliance, care and performance, strategy and humanity, often without space to pause.
This session offers a rare opportunity to step back, connect with peers and explore how we can lead better in the midst of complexity.
It’s also a chance to experience Rise Beyond’s Circles approach: a lightly facilitated, peer-led format designed to support better clarity, renewal, and shared learning among senior leaders.
Who it’s for
You must hold responsibility for people and culture within your organisation, typically as a Chief People Officer, People Director, HR Director, or in a similar senior leadership role.
We ask this because the conversation is peer-led and relies on the shared realities, challenges, and experiences of those in comparable roles. This helps create a trusted, relevant space for everyone attending.
About RISE
