We know time is precious. The core process typically involves 4-5 hours spread over a few weeks, with optional coaching sessions spaced to suit your schedule.

What kind of ROI can I expect?

While this isn’t a quick-fix programme, leaders often report sharper decision-making, stronger relationships, and renewed clarity on their areas of focus with impact that ripples through their teams and strategy.

How do you choose or allocate coaches?

We’ll offer you a selection of three certified coaches we believe would be a good fit. You can choose after a short chemistry call with one or more of them, or, if you prefer, jump straight in with someone you’re drawn to.
