The modules are designed to build the core capabilities HR Business Partners need to navigate today’s fast-paced, people-centred organisations. Throughout the programme, participants develop greater clarity in their thinking, confidence in their actions, stronger relationships with stakeholders, and the resilience to stay grounded under pressure.
Explore the framework that shapes our work: the Collaboration Compass
Module 1: Rethinking the Role; HRBP Fundamentals
This opening module explores the requirement and evolving role of the HR Business Partner. Requiring you to critically look at your organisational context and the strategic expectations that places on the role of HRBP. You'll take a critical look at how the role is currently understood, how it shows up in practice, and what it means to step into your work with greater clarity, courage, and impact.
Module 2: Partnering with Impact
This module explores what it means to show up with credibility with senior stakeholders. You’ll strengthen your presence, gain insight into how you're perceived, and build the confidence to challenge constructively. It's about putting the business first while staying connected to your voice, and learning how to speak up in ways that build trust, respect, and influence.
Module 3: Understanding Culture and Change
This module deepens your knowledge of different ways of understanding how change happens in organisations, and what role the HRBP plays in influencing it. You'll explore different ways of seeing culture and learn how to spot patterns and ask better questions. It’s about developing your ability to read what's really going on, and to work with leaders and teams to shift thinking, habits, and dynamics over time.
Module 4: Coaching and Influencing
As an HR Business Partner, you’re often in conversations where something needs to shift. This module helps you build the skills and confidence to support those shifts in a grounded, constructive way.
You’ll learn how to take a coaching approach; listening deeply, asking good questions, and creating space for others to reflect and move forward. You’ll also explore how to work with power dynamics, and influence without always needing to have the answer.
Module 5: Becoming a Strategic Partner
Being a successful HR Business Partner means thinking beyond the immediate issue. This module supports you to make the shift from being a responsive problem-solver to a proactive, strategic advisor.
You’ll explore what strategic thinking looks like in your role, how to spot opportunities for development, connect the dots, and bring a broader perspective to the table.

Module 6: Making it Real in Practice

You'll work with organisational tensions you’re still grappling with. helping you apply what you've learned in ways that feel useful, grounded, and aligned to your role.

Each module will be focused with practical sessions combining reflection, discussion, and tools you can apply directly to your context.
Closing
1 day | In-person (London)
A space to reflect, share how your practice has developed and what has changed as a result. Setting intentions for your ongoing development and future learning.
+ a Peer Circle Experience
You’ll meet with a small peer group in a learning set-style format during the sessions. Here you'll reflect, apply your learning, and build confidence through shared insight and support.
