Rise Collaboration Accelerator (RCA)
For organisations serious about building stronger collaboration across teams, functions, and geographies, and for the leaders who make that possible.
Why it matters
In complex environments, collaboration is a strategic necessity. Yet most organisations struggle to invest in the skills that make collaboration effective such as navigating power and group dynamics, making decisions in uncertainty, building trust across functions, and working with tension and difference.
The RCA develops these core capacities. It enables individuals to lead with greater presence and connection, and equips teams to work across silos and adapt together.

What makes the RCA different?
Most leadership programmes finish. The RCA is designed to last.
The RCA experience is designed to evolve into a self-sustaining peer learning network across the organisation. Some clients we’ve partnered with still have their networks going strong eight years on. These ongoing RISE Circles create ripple effects well beyond the initial programme, deepening trust, shared understanding, and more collaborative ways of working across the organisation
Programme Outline
The intiial programme typically runs over 12 months and is designed to integrate with the busy schedules and demands of leadership. Depending on your organisation’s context, it can be delivered fully virtually (ideal for distributed or global leadership groups) or as a hybrid experience combining in-person retreats with ongoing virtual sessions.
Content Overview
The RCA is shaped around our Collaboration Compass, which identifies four essential domains of effective leadership and collaboration: Being, Thinking, Doing, and Relating.
Each module is rooted in peer learning blending practical tools with shared reflection and real-time experimentation, focused on the everyday challenges participants face in their roles.
Together, the modules support participants to:
-
Deepen self-awareness and presence (Being)
-
Strengthen critical thinking and sense-making (Thinking)
-
Take thoughtful, coordinated action (Doing)
-
Build stronger, more honest relationships (Relating)
This integrated approach helps leaders shift how they show up, how they work with others, and how they make progress on what matters.
Small-group, peer-based learning
Each programme cohort is made up of RCA Circles, small, diverse groups of 6–8 peers representing different functions, regions, and perspectives across the organisation. These Circles are the heart of the experience, offering a trusted space for reflection, challenge, and shared learning.
Module 1: Leading with Presence (Being)
Develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and practices to show up intentionally, even under pressure. Includes presencing, reflection, and wellbeing habits.
Module 2: Making Sense in Complexity (Thinking)
Strengthen your ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and make informed decisions in complex, uncertain environments.
Module 3: Working with Dynamics and Difference (Relating)
Learn to navigate power, tension, and group dynamics with empathy and skill, building the foundation for psychological safety and trust.
Module 4: Turning Conflict into Connection (Relating)
Develop tools for holding difficult conversations, offering and receiving feedback, and transforming conflict into constructive engagement.
Module 5: Taking Collaborative Action (Doing)
Focus on iteration, coordination, and shared ownership, building habits that enable thoughtful and aligned action across silos.
Module 6: Sustaining Change through Peer Learning (Integration)
Embed learning through collaborative projects and ongoing peer support, with many groups forming self-sustaining RISE Circles that continue well beyond the programme.
+ Live Project Sprint (optional)
Organisations can choose to include a live cross-organisational sprint, where RCA participants collaborate on a real business priority alongside the programme. Sponsored by the executive team, the project provides a shared focus to apply learning in context, work across silos, and deliver visible value to the organisation.
