A 6-month experience to explore ways of building resilience and supporting your well-being in high-pressure and emotionally demanding contexts. Slow down, connect to yourself and others, and build the inner practices to lead better in complexity.

This 3-hour gamified workshop helps groups get a better understanding of what it really takes to work well together. Introducing key concepts around working in complexity as a way to shift our shared understanding and approach to collaboration.

An exciting initiative with The Oglesby Charitable Foundation to bring together extraordinary social sector leaders to meet, share and connect on their biggest challenges, dilemmas and tensions.

We are a member, contributor and supporter of several networks and communities. 


We love being a part of a variety of communities and often speak, host conversations and share experiences with others about topics such as collaboration, leadership and sustainable working practices.
