Jemma is an accredited executive coach, graduate and post graduate of HR and is now studying towards a Masters in People and Organisation Development with Roffey Park. She is also an accredited practitioner of systemic constellations and tools such as DiSC, EQ-i 2.0, Strengthscope and Hogan. She has worked with executive and senior leadership teams to deliver complex agendas through their people for more than 15 years.

I am interested in how we can seek out the potential in the inner landscapes of organisations and their leadership — supporting them both to thrive in increasingly challenging environments. I am continually curious about how to enable businesses and their people to flourish sustainably and with purpose — helping to create places of positive impact, that generate success for their people alongside their business. My passion is working with clients who seek to operate at the leading edge of their development. I see great potential coming from consciously tuning into and being enlightened by human and organisational experiences.
I became aware of RISE and it’s unique proposition through my network. I was attracted by its distinct ethos and values and how these aligned with my passions and interests.
