Helen’s work spans finance, resource planning, compliance, contracting, HR, and internal systems. She’s skilled at spotting where things can be made simpler, smoother, and more sustainable, and takes care to build solutions that work for people in real time, not just on paper. Her approach balances structure with flexibility, always designed to serve the evolving needs of the team.

With a background in operations leadership across consulting, DE&I, tech, and the creative industries, Helen brings a broad perspective and a steady hand to managing growth. She oversaw RISE’s successful B Corp certification and continues to shape the systems that underpin our day-to-day work and long-term direction.

Earlier in her career, Helen worked professionally in the performing arts under the stage name Helen Petrovna, with credits spanning theatre, film and television. That experience taught her the value of preparation, responsiveness, and holding high standards with care, all qualities she brings to her work at RISE.
