Graham brings depth and discernment to his work, helping people see the bigger picture while staying grounded in what’s practical and possible. He’s known for his ability to connect theory and practice, blending insight from complexity science, systems thinking, and leadership research to shape transformative learning and development interventions.
Whether designing global transformation programmes or supporting senior leaders through cultural change, Graham’s approach is thoughtful, strategic and values-driven. He focuses on helping organisations create the conditions for sustainable change by building leadership capability, strengthening learning cultures, and aligning people strategies with purpose.
Before joining RISE, Graham held senior roles including Director of Learning & Research at Roffey Park Institute and Director of OD & HR at Incommunities Ltd. He has led change programmes for Christian Aid, supported leadership and performance strategy for international NGOs, and delivered coaching and development initiatives across government, housing, and education.
Graham holds a Doctorate in Management, an MSc in People and Organisational Development, and certifications in a range of psychometric and learning methodologies. He is also a qualified NLP practitioner and experienced in postgraduate education, having shaped curriculum and research on leadership, culture and hybrid working.
