Curious, grounded, insightful...
Beth is known for her ability to meet clients where they are, combining warmth and pragmatism with deep reflection and challenge. Her approach is adaptive and human-centred, focused on what really enables change: honest conversations, clear intention, and alignment between mindset, behaviour, and system.
Before joining RISE in 2018, Beth held senior consulting roles at IBM, Stonecourt, and azzur, before founding her own practice, GenerativeWork. She has partnered with executive teams across sectors including finance, technology, the public sector, and professional services—guiding transformation programmes, coaching senior leaders, and designing strategies that mobilise people and culture.
Beth holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology (Distinction) from Birkbeck, and a BSc in Psychology from York. She’s trained in systems constellation coaching and a wide range of psychometric tools. Her coaching style is reflective and focused, helping clients move beyond surface-level solutions and into deeper, more sustainable leadership shifts.
At RISE, Beth supports clients in reshaping the way they lead, connect, and work together, so that change isn’t just possible, but generative.
