A Summary

Due to covid-related disruption in early March, our kick-off programme in Istanbul with one of the operation teams within the Boston Consulting Group had to be cancelled last minute. The team we were due to be working with are a 100% virtual team, based around the globe. It didn’t make sense to cancel the in-person get together, given our experience running virtual workshops and their fully remote team!

So, we decided to go ahead and run the session virtually, rather than waiting around to see when the travel disruption would be over. The team all gained a lot from this virtual kick-off session and it gave them loads to reflect on at a time when they most needed it.
