Simon is known for his ability to bring energy and clarity to moments of uncertainty. He supports leaders to navigate change, sharpen their strategic thinking, and build the kind of trust and alignment that fuels high-performing teams. His work combines business acumen with a systems lens, helping organisations prepare for, and thrive in, a rapidly shifting world.
Simon began his career with Shell before working on international water privatisation projects. In 1997, he co-founded Telinco plc, an early internet and telecoms venture, and later became CEO of Tiscali UK following Telinco’s sale. Since then, he has advised and invested in a range of purpose-driven businesses and served in leadership roles within the Young President’s Organisation (YPO), including as its International Chairman.
His client work includes long-term partnerships with companies such as Bruntwood, FK Group, Graham & Brown, Toly, and Scan Computers. He is a certified Structural Dynamics practitioner and Leadership Circle 360 coach, and brings a strong focus on team dynamics, strategy, and performance.
Simon remains a driving force behind RISE’s ethos, believing that the future belongs to leaders who can think systemically, lead courageously, and act with purpose.
