Clarity, humour, insight...

Nana creates space for meaningful reflection and real change. Her approach is warm, intuitive, and grounded in psychological depth. She works with the whole person, helping leaders understand themselves more fully and connect with others more intentionally. She’s especially skilled at supporting senior teams to strengthen their effectiveness, and at designing leadership development experiences that blend personal insight with system awareness.

A passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, Nana has a particular interest in supporting women and underrepresented leaders. She believes leadership is not a fixed identity, but an evolving practice, one that can be more purposeful, inclusive, and connected when we bring our full selves to the work.

Nana is Ghanaian by heritage and has lived and worked across Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America. Her global experience includes clients such as Google, HSBC, Diageo, Unilever, PayPal, the Bank of England, UNICEF Ghana, and the NHS.

She holds an MSc with Distinction in Occupational and Organisational Psychology, is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and is a Senior Practitioner accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She is also trained in Psychosynthesis, NLP, and a wide range of coaching and psychometric tools.

Nana brings energy, wisdom, and joy to her work, and just enough orange to brighten every room she’s in.
