Madelanne Rust D'Eye
Madelanne is a senior coach, facilitator, and consultant at RISE. Since joining in 2019, she has brought quiet strength and deep insight to some of RISE’s most complex, long-term client partnerships.
She’s worked closely with senior leadership teams to build strategy, improve the quality of dialogue, and shift ingrained patterns of collaboration—enabling performance and connection to flourish side by side.

Deep listening, understanding, playfulness...
Madelanne combines psychological depth with a warm, creative energy. She is known for her ability to tune into subtle dynamics, bringing lightness, challenge, and care in equal measure. Whether supporting a single team or hosting a 250-person peer-learning programme, she helps people connect more openly, think more boldly, and step into new ways of working with confidence.
Before moving into organisational consultancy, Madelanne trained and practised as a psychotherapist. She holds an MA in Counselling Psychology from Naropa University and brings a psychologically informed lens to all her work. Her style is both attuned and adaptive, equally at home in senior boardrooms and community-driven initiatives.
Madelanne’s clients span a range of sectors—from manufacturing and technology to the third sector and place-based systems change. She’s worked with organisations including Warburtons, GG Hospitality, Scan Computers, Transition Network, Mustardseed Trust, and The Active Wellbeing Society.
Outside of RISE, Madelanne is a Trustee for two global charities. She lives in Edinburgh with her husband and their small dog Lily, and finds joy in coastal walks, singing with choirs, and the occasional ceilidh.
