Madelanne Rust D'Eye
Madelanne is a senior coach, facilitator, and consultant at RISE. Since joining in 2019, she has supported some of RISE’s most complex, long-term client partnerships, bringing psychological depth, strategic insight, and a calm, attuned presence to every engagement.
Her focus is on executive coaching for senior leaders who are ready to evolve their leadership, cultivating greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and relational skill. While framed as coaching, her approach draws on advanced psychotherapeutic and somatic methods to work at the deeper levels of what shapes leadership behaviour and impact.

Depth, psychological integration, transformation...
Madelanne creates coaching spaces that are both strategic and psychologically informed, spaces where leaders can reflect, re-align, and grow from the inside out. She supports clients in navigating high-stakes environments, shifting long-held patterns, and developing a leadership presence that is grounded, empathetic, and powerful.
Before moving into organisational consultancy, Madelanne trained and practised as a psychotherapist. She holds an MA in Counselling Psychology from Naropa University and brings a trauma-informed, systemic lens to her work. She is equally comfortable working with senior boards, large group processes, and peer-learning environments.
Madelanne’s clients span a wide range of sectors, from technology and manufacturing to place-based and third sector systems. She has worked with organisations including Warburtons, The Active Wellbeing Society, GG Hospitality, Scan Computers, and Transition Network.
Outside of RISE, Madelanne is a Trustee for two global charities. She lives in Edinburgh with her husband and their small dog Lily, and finds joy in coastal walks, singing in local choirs, and the occasional ceilidh.
