Her background spans board-level roles in the tech and marketing sectors, including five years as a Non-Executive Director with the Hallé Concerts Society. She understands the pressures and possibilities of senior leadership, and brings insight, energy, and deep experience to every engagement.

Kerry is a Certified Co-active Coach (CPCC), ICF-accredited at PCC level, trained in ORSC team coaching, and a certified DiSC facilitator. She supports individual and team growth through a systemic lens, helping clients foster collaboration, alignment, and meaningful change.
