Holding it all and making it work: A breakfast conversation for Senior People Leaders
📆 Thursday 25th September, 2025
📍 RSA House, 8 John Adam St, London WC2N 6EZ
🕖 08:30 - 10:00am
Leadership isn’t easy. And for those responsible for people and culture, the weight can be a lot to carry.
You’re often holding it all, the strategy and the humanity, the change and the care, the pressure and the possibility. This breakfast is a chance to step back and connect with others who understand the complexity of the role. It’s a space for honest conversation, shared reflection, and good company. Because when we make space for ourselves, we often find more strength, and clarity, to lead others.
What to expect
- A small, thoughtful gathering of senior People and HR leaders
-
A lightly held space to reflect on the demands of your role
-
A chance to experience Rise’s Circles approach, a peer-based process for making sense of complexity together
-
🥐 Breakfast, good coffee, and meaningful conversation
Who it’s for
You must hold responsibility for people and culture within your organisation, typically as a Chief People Officer, People Director, HR Director, or in a similar senior leadership role.
We ask this because the conversation is peer-led and relies on the shared realities, challenges, and experiences of those in comparable roles. This helps create a trusted, relevant space for everyone attending.
About RISE
We support leaders and teams to navigate complexity, strengthen collaboration, and build cultures that can hold more of what the world now demands.
