She is skilled at spotting where things can be made simpler, smoother, and more sustainable, and takes care to build solutions that work for people in real time, not just on paper. Her approach balances robust commercial structure with human flexibility, navigating the tension between business health and the evolving needs of a creative team.
With a background in operations leadership across consulting, DE&I, tech, and the creative industries, Helen brings a broad perspective and a steady hand to managing growth. She recently oversaw RISE’s successful B Corp certification and leads the ongoing integration of our humanist AI strategy, ensuring emerging technologies ethically and effectively improve our day-to-day workflows.
Earlier in her career, Helen worked professionally in the performing arts under the stage name Helen Petrovna, with credits spanning theatre, film, and television. That experience taught her the value of strategic casting, responsiveness, and holding high standards with care—all qualities she brings to her work at RISE.
