Toni specialises in the custom design & delivery of leadership and organisation development programs, specifically in the field of leading change and organisation culture change. Toni started her career in-house company trainer in the retail industry, then managed L&D teams across country operations in retail, telecoms, electronics engineering and FMCG industries. Toni has worked on strategic talent and leadership development programs in executive education, and continues to do extensive research as an OD practitioner and l&D manager. Toni is committed to helping companies with how they invest in the right people leadership, performance management and development practices.
Toni spent 3 years developing skills as a leadership coach, with an advanced executive coaching diploma from AoEC (Academy of Executive Coaching, UK). She has a Master’s degree in HRM from Kingston University UK, specialising in Organisation Change & Talent Management. Toni has also developed skills as an action learning facilitator, as a team coach and group development facilitator. Toni also provides mentoring and coaching services with entrepreneurship education, helping young people to start their own businesses, with a focus on sustainable development and social entrepreneurship.

Toni is a creative ‘out of the box’ thinker who is passionate about helping companies to better working environments for people. In her free time, Toni loves adventure travel in nature. She also loves art, art history and painting in oils. Her personal goals are to spend more time perfecting her language skills in Italian, French, Dutch and Spanish.
