Our workplaces, as tiny worlds, reflect the fast evolution of our larger world, often described as VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous). As the future of work emerges slowly with new ways of working, marked by more self-organisation and purpose orientation, many organisations struggle with the pain of integrating Agile and other new management paradigms.

Are you an executive, manager, entrepreneur, or consultant?

Would you like to explore with us the ways of being as a leader that invite and support humans at work to negotiate this uncertainty with more ease, meaning and satisfaction, moving towards ambitious business outcomes?

Then join us in this live online workshop and explore:

  • Three simple body-mind practices for cultivating high impact presence that supports discernment, clear intention, decision-making, skilful relating and inspirational leadership in complexity
  • Key principles to support you to embed these practices sustainably in your life and that of the organisation, in a way that supports rewiring habits in neurobiology over time; and,
  • Practices for personal integration and regeneration to support your ability to show up with resilience in your workplace, whatever the weather.

What do we mean by embodiment?

“Embodiment” can be understood as the subjective experience of the body as being an integral aspect of the (individual and collective) self. By bringing more awareness to “how we are,” as a whole person, body, mind, and emotions, in a given moment or situation, we develop our capacity for skill, versatility, and choice about how we participate, and what elements of leadership we engage.
