Thomas Yeung

Thomas started his consulting career specialising in leadership assessment and development. Following his passion in unleashing people's potential, he gradually expanded his interests to team dynamics and organisational development in order to help his clients explore changes and growth opportunities in a complex system.

Originally from Hong Kong, Thomas is now based in London. He is a registered organisational psychologist and an associate fellow of the Hong Kong Psychological Society.

He designs and facilitates learning initiatives that help his clients to reflect on reality, reveal perspectives, explore possibilities and commit to next step actions on various topics, such as personal/team development, culture change, agile transformation, etc. His background in assessment allows him to provide sharp and insightful observations to the client at individual and team levels that spark critical dialogue in the organisation.
