I am passionate about helping organisations and the people within them navigate the challenge of growing and delivering in the 21st
century, whilst consciously and purposefully embracing uncertainty and complexity. I am a specialist in leadership, culture, engagement, change and executive effectiveness and I follow the philosophy that the way you do things is as important as what you do, taking a facilitative approach to client work, helping individuals and
teams develop their own understanding, ideas and solutions whilst experiencing new ways of working through the delivery of their day to day work.
In my spare time, I love to feel the wind and sun on my face. After skydiving in my 20s I am now a regular hockey player and yacht sailor. I also have a deep interest in the body, mind and soul, and I am a member of a number of meditation and contemplation groups exploring the esoteric. This life long exploration continues to influence my work with clients - as I seek to bring greater consciousness into the workplace.
