Matthew takes responsibility for the design and delivery of our in-company and open programmes. He works directly with a number of our larger clients, as well as overseeing the selection and continuing professional development of our consultants.
Matthew Rich-Tolsma has a diverse background in education and developmental psychology. His career to date has seen him work and study in Africa, Asia and Europe – he is currently a student in the world-renowned Doctor of Management programme at Hertfordshire University Business School. Matthew has held a number of international academic appointments, most recently as Carnegie Visiting Scholar at Wits University, Johannesburg.
He holds an extensive range of professional certifications and professional memberships and has published widely in the field of integral studies, human development, and transformative learning.. Matthew is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (FRSA), and a Member of the International Leadership Association (ILA), and the African Academy of Management. He is passionate about exploring the world we live in, fascinated by the social complexity of organisations, and looks to understand how we can all learn to work together.
